These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Quaker Wealth Management, LLC (“Quaker Wealth Management,” “QWM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SMS Messaging Program

Quaker Wealth Management may use SMS text messaging to communicate with clients, prospective clients, and other individuals who have consented to receive text messages from us.

Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, service-related communications, account-related notifications, responses to questions, informational messages, and other communications related to your relationship or potential relationship with Quaker Wealth Management.

SMS messaging is intended to supplement, not replace, other methods of communication with our firm.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Quaker Wealth Management, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile telephone number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of becoming or remaining a client of Quaker Wealth Management.

Message frequency will vary because many of our text message communications are conversational or are based on your interactions with our firm.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Quaker Wealth Management at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

Wireless Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and operation of services provided by your wireless carrier and other third-party service providers. Quaker Wealth Management cannot guarantee that any SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time.

Important Information About SMS Communications

SMS text messaging may not always be a secure method of communication. Please do not use text messaging to send sensitive personal or financial information, including Social Security numbers, account passwords, login credentials, or other confidential information.

Do not rely on SMS messaging for time-sensitive investment instructions, securities trading instructions, money movement requests, or other instructions requiring immediate action. Please contact Quaker Wealth Management directly through an appropriate communication channel for these matters.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected or used in connection with our SMS messaging program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
